Mindfulness in the Library

Learn mindfulness for relaxation, poise, concentration, and happiness. Research demonstrates that mindfulness is a reliable way to enhance well-being and reduce everyday stress. In this six-week practice-oriented course, you’ll develop and strengthen your mindfulness skills.

Presented by Steve Diamond of More Than Mindful, whose practice covers more than 40 years.
