Learn mindfulness for relaxation, poise, concentration, and happiness. Research demonstrates that mindfulness is a reliable way to enhance well-being and reduce everyday stress. In this three-hour practice-oriented intensive, you’ll learn how mindfulness can help you, and you’ll develop and strengthen your mindfulness skills.
