Mindfulness-Based Wellness for Anxiety and Depression 8-week class

Based on the general Mindfulness-Based Wellness class, this course emphasizes mindful practices for wellbeing when dealing with anxiety and depression.

(2 hours once a week for 8 weeks, minimum 6 people, sliding scale)

Location: Tucson, Arizona, or elsewhere by special arrangement
