Mindfulness-Based Wellness for Cognition and Focus 8-week class

Based on the general Mindfulness-Based Wellness class, this course emphasizes mindful practices for enhancing cognition and focus. This practices are especially valuable in the workplace and for seniors who want to maintain peak cognitive faculties.

(2 hours once a week for 8 weeks, minimum 6 people, sliding scale)

Location: Tucson, Arizona, or elsewhere by special arrangement
