I offer group classes and individual coaching in mindfulness meditation, mindfulness-based wellness, mindfulness-based stress management, pain management, cognitive enhancement, mindful living, awareness meditation, and standing as awareness.
I’ve offered dozens of mindfulness class series and intensives at six different branches of the Pima County Public Library, and an ongoing weekly private class series at Splendido at Rancho Vistoso, an adult living community.
I give free introductory meetings from time to time at locations in and around Tucson, Arizona. Or you can invite me to visit your place of business or other location.
Individual coaching sessions can be face-to-face in Tucson or worldwide via phone, Google Hangouts, or Skype.
Fees are on a sliding scale based on your ability to pay. And ask me about name-your-price fees, where you pay what you feel the service is worth.

Group Services
Introduction to Mindfulness and Awareness
In this introduction you’ll have a direct experience of mindfulness and of the more-than-mindful factor of awareness. There’s very little theory and description here. It’s participatory and experiential.
(90 minutes, free)

Mindfulness-Based Wellness 4-week mini-course
This course includes a basic summary of the regular 8-week mindfulness and loving-kindness curriculum. There’s plenty of opportunity for direct experience and practice. It also adds the more-than-mindful standpoint that elevates experience to another level.
(90 minutes once a week for 4 weeks, minimum 6 people, sliding scale)

Mindfulness-Based Wellness 8-week class
This course includes much of the standard 8-week mindfulness curriculum, as taught in many MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) classes based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn. It includes instruction in loving-kindness meditation, and also adds the more-than-mindful standpoint that elevates experience to another level. There’s expanded opportunity for direct experience, practice, and individual guidance, compared to the 4-week mini-course.
(2 hours once a week for 8 weeks, minimum 6 people, sliding scale)

Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management 8-week class
Based on the general Mindfulness-Based Wellness class, this course emphasizes mindful practices for wellbeing in the face of chronic pain.
(2 hours once a week for 8 weeks, minimum 6 people, sliding scale)

Mindfulness-Based Wellness for Anxiety and Depression 8-week class
Based on the general Mindfulness-Based Wellness class, this course emphasizes mindful practices for wellbeing when dealing with anxiety and depression.
(2 hours once a week for 8 weeks, minimum 6 people, sliding scale)

Mindfulness-Based Wellness for Cognition and Focus 8-week class
Based on the general Mindfulness-Based Wellness class, this course emphasizes mindful practices for enhancing cognition and focus. This practices are especially valuable in the workplace and for seniors who want to maintain peak cognitive faculties.
(2 hours once a week for 8 weeks, minimum 6 people, sliding scale)
